oh i've got this album (the smith's one where there is this song...) :)
really great cover !! I don't really know The courteeners, just from the name, not the music but Liam's voice is perfect for a smith's song !!! :eek:
and Miles, perfect, as always :)

You should listen to The Courteeners another good band, and Liam Fray said hello to me at a gig in Liverpool last year!

Oh yeah and i heard Miles learning the song which he played with The Courteeners later that night - didnt realise it was Miles until he came on stage later - we had access all area's passes which meant we could have gone into the dressing rooms if we liked - we didnt but as you can see i went close! :)

I really love this song, wish he played this now with the courteeners, went to see him yesterday(never heard the courteeners before!) , but he was great anyways =)

Did you go to see Miles play with The Courteeners? Did you enjoy seeing them?

actually I'd never listened to them before and I got to the front row just to see Miles :P... I couldn't really enjoy the courteeners coz the crow went just mad!...everyone was pushing each other, I even got beer in my back and all that..., if I had stayed there I would probably be all bruised now , I had to get out and went to one side like in the 3rd or 4th song, I'm glad I did so, Miles was just getting out and I saw him again, he recognized me =) (I met him at Monton water rats like 15 days ago), it was really fast though , but yeahh, it was great, from what I heard I liked them enough, I'll probably be downloading some of their music

Ive met the lead singer of The Courteeners - well say met, he said "hello" to me when i was at the side of the stage when i had access all areas passes for the Courteeners in Liverpool a year or so back.

Decent band - well worth a listen!
